Beauty Review: Biore Aqua Jelly Makeup Remover

Trying another beauty product that was sent to me awhile back. Something very important for all who put on makeup. It's Biore Aqua Jelly Makeup Remover! Makeup remover is a very important tool to all who put on makeup. Using the right makeup remover helps you to completely remove your makeup, which means no clog pores and it would not dry up your skin. Makeup removers that are too strong will eat up your skin, your skin would feel dry and skin might start to peel off.

The new Bioré Aqua Jelly Makeup Remover, with its revolutionary jelly-like texture, comes in an even smoother, lighter consistency but with the same high cleansing ability that effortlessly dissolves and lifts off more makeup in a gentle glide. This highly acclaimed makeup remover has also received multiple positive reviews from its existing users.

As said, the improved version has more benefits. With smoother jelly-like texture is gentle on skin and rinses of easily and quickly without any harsh tugging or pulling action on skin. Better cleansing ability dissolves and lifts of all traces of makeup effortlessly. It is made with 40% more moisturizing essence nourishes and hydrates skin for a dewy moisturized finish. Also, lightweight formula leaves skin feeling refreshed, with no sticky or greasy after-feel.

Simply just pump an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps depends on how much makeup you have and how big or small is your face) onto hands and spread evenly over face and eye area. Massage gently to dissolve makeup. Then rinse thoroughly with water. It is not necessary to remove cleansing liquid with cotton pad or tissue. For best results, apply on dry face and hands. Do not use facial cotton pad or tissue.

This reminds me of Korean makeup removers. I remembered the normal removers, we would usually put the cream on the cotton pad and use the pad to wipe our face clean. For Korean makeup, they allow you to apply the makeup right on your face. I have been using one from Innisfree for a year.

Although it wrote there Jelly makeup remover, it does not have that jelly substance, more like cleansing oil. Compared to my Innisfree remover, this is more oily.

It does remove the makeup cleanly, but I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin ladies. It would only make your face even oilier and little annoying to handle. But it is definitely good for dryer skin complexion. It gets the job done, but I very much prefer my Innisfree remover and Biore makeup wipes. It does sting my eyes when I tried to remove my eye makeup, the Innisfree one does not.

It retails at SGD$24.90, available at all leading supermarkets, personal care stores and western pharmacies & departmental stores from April 2015.
